DOUGIE Freedman has signed a two-year deal with Nottingham Forest.
As a Forest fan I was disappointed to see club legend Stuart Pearce leave, but Freedman wasted no time in winning five of his first six games.
The honeymoon over, Forest have lost four of the last five.
I hope I’m wrong but I fear Forest could be in this same situation in 12 months' time. They have gone like for like in replacing Pearce with Freedman; another manager with a track record of strong starts before fading away.
