WITH FA chief Greg Dyke talking about restricting the number of non-EU players in the Premier League it would be interesting to know who decides whether a player is the world's best because it is all subjective.
Each year, players, fans and coaches argue who should win the Ballon d'Or and who will be the top players in the Premier League.
A move to limit non-EU players would be great for English football and for the other home nations as there would be more pressure on academies to produce top players.
Maybe they should take a look at Wanderers who are certainly moving in the right direction with Zach Clough, Josh Vela and Tom Walker coming through the ranks
