I URGE those planning to vote “no” to the congestion charge to hand their ballot papers in in time for today’s deadline.
I can’t believe this is a policy backed by a Labour council. The charge will have the effect of pushing low income families and workers out of their modest cars, while medium and high earners will be at best inconvenienced, but will carry on driving in regardless.
