We are a country on the verge of a recession, if the media is to be believed. We are in a credit crunch society where people are struggling to pay their bills. A nation struggling to pay for things on the verge of a very cold winter and we get it shoved firmly in our faces by the cost to the license payer of a sound crew and millionaire Terry Wogan’s bank balance to have a warm winter break “Doing the Med”.
