I AM not a fan of New Labour in any shape or form, but I will say that Gordon Brown’s recent announcement about spending many billions of pounds on vital infrastructure work up and down the land is a clever political move.
The Tories, who don’t have a functioning brain between them, are opposed to Mr Brown’s spending plans, yet they didn’t seem to mind when all of their mates and friends in the city were being bailed out by taxpayers’ hard-earned money.
Cameron and his anachronistic party are the failed and jaded heroes of the age of greed.
