WITH regards to the furore surrounding the publication of the names of alleged BNP members, since when was it illegal to be a member of a political party?
Are paid up members of any other political party hounded like this?
While the BNP may not be your preference, it is still a political party and is legal.
Surely any disciplinary action taken against a BNP member by an employer would be illegal and a successful suit would follow.
