I HAVE been reading about one of the most bizarre situations that I have ever seen — a court in Manchester has given a “family from hell” an eviction threat.
This is not only a disgrace but a sham, and it has shattered the hopes of not one but several residents.
I feel sorry for all of the 10 residents who came forward, did the right thing, and gave evidence against this family.
They have been allowed to terrorise the estate involved and this, again, has sent out the wrong message to these residents.
I personally feel that this judge should now come and live next door to them. Maybe that would help in the future with making these important decisions?
There was a lot of time and effort put into this case, in gathering the evidence to provide for the courts and it will certainly have dampened the spirits of all those officers involved in this case.
This decision is nothing more than a glorified ASBO and it means nothing to the hard working, law abiding citizens of Bolton, who pay their rent and council tax.
My message to the wonderful people of Breightmet is don’t give up.
Keep up the good work that you have put into highlighting this family from hell.
