I WOULD like to refute M Marsh's letter in which he states that a referendum on the fluoridation of Bolton's water supply would be undemocratic.
This I can do in one sentence.
The bodies who are attempting to force mass medication on the people of Bolton are unelected. Is this the brand of democracy he advocates?
