WHAT part of no does the dictatorial council of Bolton not quite understand?
In the last referendum - two-thirds of the reply was no.
The petition for keeping the Market Hall - 80,000 trying to say no.
I think it would be a good idea if all the people in favour of fluoride looked around town and saw how many children are drinking fizzy drinks, and how many are drinking bottles of water - no contest!
Even if the majority vote against this, is it true that the dictators will pass the decision to the Health Authority who (heaven forbid) then say yes. The reply from the council will probably be, "well, we tried"!
I wonder what the Court of Human Rights would have to say about this.
Mrs J Hayes Bolton
