SOME of the Red Nose Day celebrations made brilliant television especially the spoof "Apprentice" programme with Sir Alan Sugar.
It was males v females, with the former including spin-doctor Alistair Campbell and newspaper editor Piers Morgan and the latter Trinny Woodall, Girls Aloud's Cheryl Cole and football manager Karren Brady.
They had to stage a fund-raising funfair night, and the girls won hands down thanks to some incredibly well-heeled and generous celebrity chums.
Campbell and Morgan, however, proved the star turn, for all the wrong reasons. Even though they are to be commended for giving their time and expertise, they couldn't change their spots.
Tricky Campbell and even trickier Morgan did not come across as nice people. And the moment when Morgan was "fired" by Sugar, Campbell just couldn't resist saying "What, again?"
Priceless!
