I OFTEN read, with interest, opinions on restaurant qualities.
No exception in the case of the report in The Bolton News (Saturday, March 10) relating to Max-Max in Horwich.
My wife and I have been several times over the past two or three years, and quite enjoyed the cuisine. Especially when so-called "special offers" have applied.
I am sorry to be critical, but I noticed you only awarded a three star rating for service, representing just a "fair" marking.
Yet, on a couple of occasions in your report, you mentioned maximum care, then top note service.
According to this, perhaps the star rating ought to have been at least four star.
