I VOTE a massive NO to fluoridation, and, yes, we must be allowed to vote and have our say.
It is mass medication, and therefore taking away our right to choose.
No one knows the long term effects that fluoride could have on our bodies. The argument goes much further than reducing tooth decay.
I am a parent and, as parents, we are responsible for teaching our children good dental care.
I know it takes years of dogged persistence, but that's what parents should do, isn't it?
The money would be better spent on the re-introduction of NHS dentists who don't charge fantastic amounts of money to take care of our teeth.
The public may not be experts, but the majority of us know we don't want fluoridation.
Those that do can have it - choose the right toothpaste, that way it's just going on the teeth.
