MOST right-minded people, if they were to examine their consciences closely, will come to the conclusion that the freedom and liberty of the individual is paramount.

With the introduction of ID cards and the national identity register now more than ever likely, the proposed congestion/road charges and satellite tracking and spying on us all as we drive around, the introduction of so-called "Green Taxes", and now the proposed mass medication of the population by the fluoridation of the water supply, all of which are against the wishes of the majority of the population.

The present crop of politicians do not share the views of the vast majority of people.

Until we have politicians representing us who hold dear to themselves the view that the sanctity of the individual is sacrosanct, the financial and economic implications for us all, "not to mention the health implications", are indeed dire.
