THE best thing about this job is when you are able to help people.
This week we reported on little Tyler Brewin who needs a new set of wheels to help him get around.
The 17-month-old has up to 25 fits a day and struggles to crawl, walk or hold his head up.
Tyler has epileptic encephalopathy and a condition called global development delay meaning he struggles to do normal things for a toddler his age.
His family hope to raise £2,000 for a specialist buggy — he would have to wait a year to get one on the NHS.
The latest fundraiser is on Friday, March 13, at the Mercure Hotel in Manchester Road, Westhoughton.
To book tickets for the event, which are £5, contact Janet on 01942 790064.
It is a great cause — if you can't get down on the night then you can still donate to the Tyler's Wheels campaign at gofundme.com/ljj8gk
