TEACHER Sammy Roocroft posted a picture on Facebook just a week and a half ago.
It has now had more than 15,000 ‘likes’, 20,000 comments and 20,000 shares.
The photo – taken by youngsters at Markland Hill Primary School – featured Miss Roocroft holding a sign telling people that she wanted to teach her pupils about internet safety.
The point of the exercise was to illustrate to the children in her class that photos that they share with their friends may not be as private as they think.
Considering the picture has now been viewed thousands of times by people across the globe, I think Miss Roocroft has done her job. Well done her.
