Harrisons Estate Agents Bolton Ltd are based in Newbrook Road, Over Hulton, and have been trading since 2014. The company has seven staff and has received numerous awards on Allagents, which is a website for customer reviews in this industry.
Harrisons’ business is very customer-centric with staff ensuring that they provide the best possible service to every individual client. The company also plans to expand into new areas in the next few years with a new office and more staff.

A BOLTON hotel which counts its staff the key to its success is a finalist for the Customer Excellence Award 2019.
Holiday Inn Bolton in Higher Bridge Street has 90 staff and a rewards’ scheme for customer recognition to show its appreciation for staff members’ hard work.
In return, staff strive to deliver excellent customer service as customer feedback is extremely important to the hotel. Websites like TripAdvisor are changing the way the hotel interacts with customers, meaning they can speak to guests directly and react immediately.
As part of IHG, Holiday Inn subscribes to “Heartbeat Scores” – a system that allows people to submit their feedback online and generates detailed analyses. Customer service goals are strategically aligned from these.

A TECHNOLOGY-driven accountancy firm which is exclusively for contractors and freelancers has been shortlisted for the Customer Excellence Award 2019.

Bolton’s Market Place ensures that shopping has become a more “experience driven” activity. As a result, the one element that underpins everything it offers is focus on delivering an exceptional experience.
“This is from the most basic interaction with centre staff through to online engagements and involvements with events and activities.” explained Centre Manager Nikki Wilson-Cook.

RIVINGTON Mortgages helps clients through the complicated and often confusing world of mortgages.
Now, the Horwich-based company is a finalist for the Customer Excellence Award 2019.
Company director Keith Brian said that they always aim to answer fully the two main questions that people ask “Can I get a mortgage?” and “How much are the monthly repayments?”
They see customers face to face - most contact the company via its high rankings on Google and read some of the 90, five-star testimonials on Rivington Mortgages’ website.
Mr Brian stated that the team at Rivington Mortgages was “delighted” to be shortlisted. “It’s recognition for the effort we make in ensuring our customers are given the highest level of service when applying for a mortgage,” he stated.
“From the initial conversation over the phone to picking up the keys to their new home, we guide our customers expertly along the home-buying path.”

A BUSINESS formed in 2010 to fill a gap an industry gap for a security company with exceptional customer service is a finalist for the Customer Excellence Award 2019.
The ExcluSec Group in Bolton has a skilled workforce by investing in employee training including First Aid, Customer Service, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Anti-Terrorism and Stress Management.
All staff are expected to complete this free training. A Head of Client Relations is also on hand to deal with any issues and be the point of contact.
