NATIONAL DOUBLE: Elly Fraser has earned two major call-ups
ELLY Fraser has earned a call-up for both the 14 years and under British national team and to compete in the English national championships.
The Year 8 Bolton School pupil earned the impressive double selection with outstanding performances at the North West Regional Swimming Championships.
She won gold in both the 100m and 200m breaststroke and a silver in the 50m breaststroke.
The 12-year-old ace was selected for the British team at 200m breaststroke and earned places in the 100m and 50m breaststroke at the English nationals.
Elly, whose preferred distance is the 200m breaststroke, has been swimming with the City of Salford squad for six years.
