A cyclist was knocked off his bike during a collision in Bolton.
Police are now appealing for the driver of a van believed to have collided with the cyclist to come forward.
It happened at about 10am on yesterday on Church Street, Blackrod, near to its junction with Blackhorse Street.
The cyclist, aged 54, from the Wigan area, was overtaken by a van described as white and possibly a Ford Transit.
Due to an oncoming car, the van moved slightly back to its left and knocked the cyclist off his bike, leaving him with a minor head injury, grazing and bruising.
The van did not stop and police are now appealing for anyone with information or the driver to come forward.
Police Constable Karl Roddie, from the Area One Road Policing Unit, said: "The van continued on its journey after the collision, and it might well be the driver is simply unaware of what happened.
"I would appeal for the driver, or anyone with information, to come forward."
Anyone with information should call the Area One Road Policing Unit on 0161 856 7273.
