OWEN Coyle has seemingly gambled on a change in formation ahead of Wanderers' survival showdown with Wolves.
Marcos Alonso and Ivan Klasnic come into the side that beat Blackburn Rovers last weekend, with Darren Pratley out because of a gashed leg and Gretar Steinsson unable to travel.
Sam Ricketts will move to right-back to allow Alonso to slip into back four, and Klasnic is likely to start as a second striker, meaning a return to the much-maligned 4-4-2 system.
Wanderers are looking to make it three league wins in a row for the first time since 2006, a season in which they qualified for Europe for the second time.
Wolves – looking to avoid a club record seventh straight home defeat – make two changes, bringing youngster David Davis and striker Sylvain Ebanks-Blake in for Kevin Doyle and Eggert Jonsson.
Wanderers - Bogdan, Ricketts, Ream, Wheater, Alonso, Ryo, Reo-Coker, M Davies, Petrov, Klasnic, Ngog
Subs - Jaaskelainen, Eagles, Knight, K Davies, Boyata, Sordell, Vela
Wolves - Hennessey, Edwards, Stearman, Kightly, Ebanks-Blake, Fletcher, Ward, Johnson, Jarvis, Bassong, Davis
Subs: De Vries, Henry, Hunt, Berra, Milijas, Zubar, Doyle
Referee; Jon Moss (West Yorkshire)
