A man's body has been found in a Bolton reservoir.
Police and the fire service were called just before 9.30am on Sunday to a report that a body had been discovered in the reservoir at Jumbles Country Park.
Emergency services attended throughout the day and a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the man's death.
A spokesman for the Greater Manchester Police said: "Police were called just before 9.30am today (13 March) to a report of a body being found in Jumbles Reservoir.
"Emergency services attended and a man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
People were asked to avoid the area while enquiries were carried out.
Parts of the park were cordoned off while investigations took place but the cafe remained open.
Earlier today, a spokesman from Jumbles Cafe said: "I think most of the park is closed but the actual cafe is still open."
