JOEY O'Brien's latest injury scare is expected to be a brief one.
The Wanderers defender sparked fears when he limped off at Derby on Saturday - just three games into his return from a serious knee injury.
O'Brien was sidelined for more than a year and it was thought he had suffered a recurrence of that problem at Pride Park.
But those concerns now appear to be misplaced.
Bolton's medical staff will assess the problem over the next 48 hours when Sammy Lee will decide whether to play O'Brien against the Macedonians in the second leg at the Reebok on Thursday night, or rest him before the Premier League visit of Chelsea on Sunday.
