THRILL-seekers looking for a spooky night are being invited to join a charity ghost hunt.
Leukaemia charity The Anthony Nolan Trust is holding a Fright Night' at Smithills Hall, where there have been many reports of paranormal activity over the years.
The hall dates back to the 14th Century and is a Grade 1 listed building, set in a 2,000 acre estate.
Visitors to the hall in the past have reported seeing a lady in 17th Century dress on the stairs, while others have smelled burning wood inside the building Orbs and strange lights have been caught on camera.
The event runs from 7pm until 1am on Friday, November 2. Participants are asked to raise at least £125 in sponsorship.
